A rack is where every network in a building eventually resolves. It is also, in most buildings, the place where documentation goes to die. The difference between a rack that stays maintainable and one that becomes a hazard is entirely in how it was built on day one.
We supply and install wall-mounted and floor-standing racks, fit the patch panels, cable managers, shelves and PDUs, terminate and label every cable, and hand over a rack you can work in without unplugging something by accident.
Sizing is the decision people get wrong. Racks fill faster than anyone plans for, and the cost difference between a rack with four spare U and one with twelve is negligible compared to the cost of replacing it.

Buy more U than you need
Every rack fills. A rack with no spare capacity forces the next switch to be balanced on top of the last one, and from that point the cable management deteriorates permanently. Spare rack units are the cheapest insurance in the entire installation, and the one thing nobody regrets buying.
Separate power from data
Mains cable running alongside unshielded network cable induces noise into the data. Over a short run this is invisible. Over a long parallel run it is the reason a link negotiates at 100 megabits instead of a gigabit and nobody can explain why. Containment keeps them apart, and the discipline costs nothing at installation and is expensive to retrofit.
Label at both ends, at the time
A cable labelled at one end is an unlabelled cable. Labelling gets done during installation or it never gets done, and the person who pays for that omission is whoever is standing in front of the rack at eleven at night two years from now.

It depends on the equipment and on how much you expect to add. We survey and specify with room for growth.
Can you tidy an existing rack rather than replace it?
Yes. Re-termination, labelling and cable management on an existing rack is common work for us.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. As-built documentation is handed over on completion.
