A door viewer replaces the optical peephole in your existing door. From the inside you see a 4.3 inch colour touchscreen instead of a distorted fisheye circle. From anywhere else you see the same view on your phone.
For flats where mounting anything to the outside of the door or the corridor wall is impractical, this is often the most sensible option available. Installation is contained entirely within the existing peephole aperture, so nothing is drilled and nothing is added to the corridor.
AI human detection is the feature that makes it liveable. A conventional motion sensor on a corridor door notifies you every time a neighbour walks past. Human detection filters that down to people who actually stop at your door.

Door thickness is the one thing to check
Door viewers are supplied with a mounting barrel sized to a range of door thicknesses. HDB fire doors, timber doors and the heavier condominium doors all differ. We confirm the thickness before ordering, because the wrong barrel means the unit either does not seat flush or does not reach through. It takes thirty seconds to measure and it is the single most common reason a self-install fails.
Door viewer or doorbell camera?
A door viewer sits in the door and shows the corridor directly outside. A doorbell camera mounts beside the door and sees a wider approach. If your priority is knowing who is standing at the door right now, the viewer is excellent and installs without drilling. If your priority is a record of everyone who came down the corridor, choose a doorbell camera.
Frequently asked
Does this need HDB approval?
No. It replaces the existing peephole within your own door.
Will it fit my door?
Almost certainly, but we confirm the door thickness before installation so we bring the correct mounting barrel.
Does it record continuously?
It records on trigger, not continuously. For a continuous archive at the door, choose the wired doorbell camera.
